c) When purchasing items from the store attached to your online gallery, transactional data may be stored and processed by both the gallery platform (pic-time.com) and the UK-based print lab (simimaging.co.uk) that manufactures and dispatches the products ordered. Financial details such as credit or debit card information is not accessible or viewable by me, and these third-party platforms have their own policies in place regarding the processing and storage of such information. The only details relating to an order placed in this way viewable by me is the delivery address, billing address, the purchaser's email address and phone number.
When paying invoice deposits or balances by PayPal or credit/debit card via my online CRM (studioninja.co), no financial details are accessible or viewable by me, and these third-party platforms have their own policies in place regarding the processing and storage of such information.
d) All correspondence sent to me in relation to a currently booked photographic service, or otherwise, may be processed and stored to enable the delivery of the service in question, and for general record keeping. Any information sent in this way will not be transferred to any third party without explicit consent by yourselves.
e) I may process and/or store personal, contact, and correspondence data and information given in the above forms where necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, whether in court proceedings or in an administrative or out of court procedure. The basis for this processing is legitimate interests, namely the protection and assertion of my legal rights, your legal rights, and the legal rights of others. This may also be necessary for the purpose of obtaining or maintaining insurance coverage, managing risks, or obtaining professional advice.
a) I may disclose some of your personal data such as names, contact details, and a curated summary of our correspondence to second photographers acting as subcontractors. This is necessary for them to carry out their work at events such as weddings and help me to deliver the service of wedding photography that you have booked with me.
b) I may disclose some of your personal data such as names, contact details, and a curated summary of our correspondence to other supplies if I am offering alternative photographers for you to consider as better fits than myself. This is only with your permission, and is a gesture of good will in situations where maybe I am unavailable on the preferred date of a wedding or event, or you are looking for a better fit in terms of style or budget.
These third parties will act as their own data controller in relation to the data that we supply them, and their own privacy policy will govern their use of this data if and when you make contact with them, or they make contact with you.
c) I may disclose your personal data to my insurers and/or professional advisors for the reasonable purpose of obtaining or maintaining insurance coverage, managing ricks, obtaining professional advice, or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, whether in court proceedings or in an administrative or out of court procedure.
d) I may disclose your personal data where such disclosure is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which I am subject, or in order to protect your interests, or the interests of another person.
a) Personal data that is used for the purpose of providing a photographic service, or that is disclosed to a third party so that they can provide a photographic service, may be retained for a period of time beyond the conclusion of the provision of that service, or beyond the point that any initial communications cease respectively.
b) This period of time is up to 10 years if you ultimately book a photographic service with myself. This is to enable more efficient subsequent communications and booking if you require another photographic service in the future.
In the case of a photographic service not being booked after initial correspondence, this period of time is up to 2 years.
c) After the aforementioned periods of time and situations, any digital and/or paper forms and documents that contain your personal data will be deleted/destroyed.
d) Notwithstanding the previous clauses of this section, I may retain your personal data for a longer period where this is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation I am subject to, or in order to protect your interests, or the interests or another person.
a) I may update this policy from time time by publishing a new version on this website. Frequent users of this website and my services should check this page occasionally to ensure you are still happy with any changes to the policy.
