Set amongst beautiful gardens near Hornchurch in Essex, Langtons House provided the perfect setting for Tom & Laura's wedding ceremony. With restrictions on weddings still very much in place in early June 2021, their ceremony guestlist was kept to a minimum, with chairs generously spaced out inside the wood-panelled Langton Hall. One consolation is that the weather was definitely on their side, and it was a very warm day indeed!
Tom & Laura had opted for my Mini Wedding package, as they really wanted the ceremony and the immediate aftermath of their wedding documented, but were happy to then proceed to a meal at a pub and just enjoy the rest of the day with close friends and family without me tagging along as well.
This was the first time I had met either of them, and I could tell there were a few nerves before the ceremony, but they soon went away afterwards - no doubt helped by a bit of a surprise confetti throw! After some drinks outside the courtyard tearooms, I gathered everyone back on the lawns in front of the main building for some group photos, before taking the two of them around the grounds for some quick photos of just the two of them. It wasn't long before my coverage was over and everyone departed, but this was a lovely short and sweet wedding in the sunshine with a super friendly couple. What more could I ask for?!
