The last time I saw Vicky & George was back in early 2019 when Vicky was expecting, and I had a wonderful (albeit a little windy and cold) maternity/couples session with them both. Fast forward and the plan was to have Vicky's family come and visit them all from Greece, but sadly Covid put that idea on ice. Not to be deterred though, and with restrictions easing off a little in spring 2021, we got together for a family session in the beautiful Nonsuch Park in Southwest London.
After Rebecca & Tom's engagement session here a month previously, I had a game plan in mind and some good places we could all go to get some great photos, and we were again blessed with some lovely spring weather! Vicky & George's little girl was as good as gold, though she was understandably a little shy to begin with. I think it's fair to say the addition of me and my camera was a bit of a strange thing to have present for a wander around the park with mum and dad, but she soon got used to it, and it wasn't long before she was back to her usual cheeky self.
One really cute addition was that both Vicky and her daughter had opted for some very cool sunglasses for the afternoon, though I should add that one of them decided it would be a great idea to throw theirs around all over the place. No prizes for guessing who I'm referring to there!
This was a great afternoon, and so lovely to see Vicky & George's little family growing, and their daughter was giggling and laughing away by the end, leading to some great photos full of personality.
