Worcester Park & St George's Hill Summer Wedding with Tom & Rebecca

The warm June weather continued for Tom & Rebecca's wedding in Southwest London, with their ceremony in Worcester Park and their reception held at the prestigious St George's Hill Golf Club near Weybridge. Tom & Rebecca had opted for my Everest wedding collection, as they wanted to make sure nothing during the day was missed.

As Rebecca lived a short distance from the church of St Marys in Worcester Park, I arrived a little early and parked nearby, before heading over for morning bridal prep. Rebecca, her parents and 3 bridesmaids were all savouring the morning's activities, which made for a lovely atmosphere as I captured the wedding details and everyone getting ready. Meanwhile, my second shooter for the day was with Tom and the groomsmen in the morning, before we both converged back at the church for the ceremony.

The parish church of St Mary the Virgin was a beautiful location for the ceremony, with the guests arriving ahead of the bridal party, who turned up in a stunning white Rolls Royce. Inside, Tom was grinning ear to ear as Rebecca and her dad walked down the aisle. The church provided lots of opportunities for great photographs, and afterwards there was just time for confetti and a big group photo in the gardens before everyone headed off to the reception.

Part of an exclusive gated community, St George's Hill Golf Club is steeped in history, with views over the golf course to die for. They had set up a large marquee for Tom & Rebecca's reception. After a receiving line, drinks and canapes, we took the key players outside for some group photos before the wedding breakfast was served.

After the speeches and cake cut, the sun was starting to set, so we took Tom & Rebecca out for a walk onto part of the golf course (which by now was vacated by the players) for some stunning golden hour photos in front of a small lake, along with some dramatic 'veil swooshing' shots before we headed back to the reception for some dancing and table games to end the night.
