Brighton Summer Vintage Styled Couples Session with Bev & Jason

What's better than a day in Brighton, sunshine, ice-creams and a lovely couple to photograph?! Bev and Jason looked wonderful for this vintage styled couples shoot with outfits and a bouquet provided by some fantastic local businesses, with the day as a whole organised by a fellow photographer based in Sussex.

The Brighton sea front was the perfect location for our vintage theme, right down to the amusements on the famous pier and the cobbled lanes in the town centre. We really made the most of this fantastically vibrant city, even being let inside some shops to make some of these fantastic images. We couldn't have asked for a better day out really, and our two models were so keen to be a part of the action.

Styled shoots like these are a great way to try new things - be it technical aspects, posing, lighting and composition - so you can bring this new-found knowledge to working with other clients. For me, as I was still quite new to photographing people at the time, the lessons learnt have been invaluable going forward.
