Borde Hill Summer Post-Wedding Session with Kirsty & Ryan

While most of my couples who want an engagement or pre-wedding session have these BEFORE their wedding, Kirsty & Ryan opted instead to do it the other way around, and have a post-wedding session at Borde Hill Gardens, not far from where they live in West Sussex. However, there was a reason for doing it this way around...

Kirsty & Ryan, after rearranging and adjusting their wedding several times due to Covid, had finally settled on a wedding blessing at Borde Hill. As it wasn't a legal ceremony, they initially said yes as weddings are not something they offer, but sadly a miscommunication meant they had to decline in the end, which resulted in Kirsty & Ryan having their wedding blessing at their house instead.

Not to be deterred, as they really wanted to still utilise Borde Hill somehow, they arranged to go back a few days after their wedding blessing in their dress and suit, and have a 'post-wedding' session around the gardens. This is a great idea given the circumstances, and although we didn't have much time due to early closing times, we still managed to whizz around the various parts of the grounds and capture some gorgeous photos.
